Admissions
Registration at Liv2Dance Studio is a 10-month commitment from September –June. Students enrolling after September will have commitment prorated from the month of enrollment-June. Class sizes are limited to ensure an excellent teacher to student ratio. Registration is ongoing, and according to availability.
Attendance Policy for Performances
At Liv2Dance Studio, class time is reserved for technical and artistic instruction. Therefore, all performance pieces will be set based on fulfillment of attendance requirements. Students may become ineligible for performance if they miss more than 4 scheduled classes or rehearsals within a 3 month frame before any performance.
In order to maintain a professional dance training environment, the following dress code is in place for all students of Liv2Dance Studio. Students are expected to wear proper dance shoes and dance attire at all times during class. The following rules must be followed by all students: No Jeans or Jean Shorts in class, No Bulky or Oversized Shirts or Sweaters, No Dangling Jewelry, No Dancing in Socks, No Buttons, Drawstrings or Zippers. Extra Clothing or Cover-Ups may be worn in class at the instructors discretion. Hair must be neatly pulled back away from the face at all times.
Ballet Classes have a more specific dress code. Please inquire upon registration.
Emergency Closings /
In the event of bad weather or other emergency situations, please call the studio to check if there will be classes held or not. In the event we must close due to snow or other emergency situation, no refunds will be made. Make-up classes will be allowed within 4 weeks of the emergency closing.
Newsletters
Monthly newsletters will be emailed and distributed to all current students. These newsletters are very important and time sensitive. Please be sure to read them carefully. If you would like to receive information via email, please send your request to mswilliamsdance@yahoo.com
SHADOW/light Pre Professional Contemporary Dance Ensemble
Upon acceptance through audition, company members will attend all company rehearsals free of additional charge above normal tuition. Auditioning is open to students (teens and adults) in our unlimited pre professional training programs only. Attendance in weekly Ballet and Modern classes are required.
Tuition
your September and estimated June tuition is required to complete your enrollment. Acceptable payment options include;
cash, check, Visa, Master Card, or Discover.
The required registration and authorization forms will also need to be completed when signing up for the season.
Tuition varies based on the number of classes and payment schedule used. On average, a teen student taking Unlimited weekly classes should expect to pay a maximum of $159. per month.
Discounts
Sibling discount: 25% off tuition for all additional sibling when one sibling pays full price. Full price student will be determined as the sibling who takes the most classes. Sibling discount does not apply to family unlimited tuition plan.
50% off all classes (tuition only). This discount cannot be
combined with sibling discount. This disocunt does not apply to summer sessions.
Transfer Students
We will accept competitors rates for New and Transfer students only with documented proof of previous price paid for number of classes taken. The rate paid must be from the previous or current year. This courtesy will be extended to new and transfer students for their first year at Liv2Dance Studio.
TUITION is payable monthly and in full at time of registration.
